It turns your need into a short specification, then searches manufacturers, distributors and trade directories on the web. Every supplier comes with what it makes, where it ships from and where each fact was found.

Can it send quote requests and chase suppliers?

Yes, once your email is connected. It drafts each request for quote and follow-up for you to approve, reads the replies and logs the prices for the comparison.

How are quotes compared?

On the same specification, quantity and terms: delivered total cost, payment terms, lead time, minimum order and validity, with the gaps in each quote called out. You decide how much price, lead time and risk weigh.

Can it help negotiate prices?

Yes. It prepares two or three negotiation approaches, drafts the message you choose and follows the replies. It never commits to an order or a price on your behalf.

Does it handle purchase approvals and supplier performance?
