Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Rerun, operated by Reunit SA. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone using the service, to every agent run under your account, and to everything you publish through it.
1. You are responsible for your agents
Agents act on instructions you give them, with access you grant them. Everything an agent does under your account is treated as done by you, including actions taken on third-party services and content produced automatically. Supervise what you automate.
2. Prohibited content and activity
Do not use Rerun, and do not instruct an agent, to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or help someone else do so;
- infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, or the privacy of others;
- produce or distribute child sexual abuse material, content sexualising minors, or non consensual intimate imagery;
- harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence or hatred against a person or a group;
- create or distribute malware, ransomware, exploit kits, or tooling whose main purpose is unauthorised access;
- run phishing, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive schemes, including pages that imitate another brand or a payment page;
- generate disinformation presented as fact, synthetic media of real people designed to deceive, or automated political manipulation;
- take, or present as authoritative, decisions with a legal or similarly significant effect on a person without meaningful human review, in particular in employment, credit, housing, insurance, health and law enforcement.
3. Infrastructure and fair use
Your Box is a machine we pay for. Do not use it, or any other part of the service, to:
- mine or farm cryptocurrency, tokens, or any other distributed ledger value;
- resell, sublicense, lease or otherwise make compute, network capacity, AI access or model credit available to third parties, including as a proxy, VPN, relay, tunnel or bot host;
- run denial of service attacks, port scans, brute force or credential stuffing attacks, or any bulk unsolicited email, message or call campaign;
- crawl or scrape at a volume or in a manner that breaches a target's terms, robots directives, or rate limits;
- store or distribute content unrelated to running your agents, such as a media library or a file sharing endpoint;
- consume resources in a way that degrades the service for other customers.
4. Accounts, trials and limits
Each account belongs to one customer. Do not share credentials outside the seats you pay for, do not create multiple accounts to obtain more than one free trial or to work around a limit or a suspension, and do not misrepresent who you are or who you act for when signing up.
Do not attempt to circumvent quotas, metering, billing, or feature gating, including through the API, the engine, or a self-hosted deployment.
5. Third-party services
When an agent connects to a third-party service on your behalf, you remain bound by that service's terms. Do not use a connector to breach them, to exceed the access you were granted, or to act on an account you are not authorised to use. Credentials you provide must be yours or given to you for that purpose.
6. Security
Do not probe, scan or test the security of Rerun's own infrastructure without our prior written permission, do not access data that is not yours, and do not interfere with the isolation between workspaces. If you discover a vulnerability, tell us at help@rerun.build and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it. We do not pursue researchers who act in good faith and follow this.
7. Published pages and public content
Pages you publish, templates you submit and expert profiles you provide are public. They are subject to this policy in full. In particular, do not publish content that impersonates a person or an organisation, collects credentials, serves malware, or exposes personal data you had no right to disclose.
8. Reporting a problem
To report content or behaviour on Rerun that you believe breaches this policy or is illegal, write to help@rerun.build with the address of the content, what is wrong with it, and how to reach you. We review reports, act where a breach is established, and tell the person who reported it and, where appropriate, the person whose content is affected, together with the reasons for our decision. If you believe we removed your content in error, you can reply to that decision and ask us to reconsider.
9. Enforcement
Where a breach is minor and fixable, we normally tell you and give you a chance to correct it. Where a breach is serious, unlawful, or creates a risk for other customers, our infrastructure or a third party, we may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice, remove or unpublish content, revoke API keys and connectors, and stop running agents.
No refund is due for a period lost to a suspension or a termination caused by a breach of this policy, and any amount already invoiced remains payable. We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with them.
We may update this policy as new forms of abuse appear. The version in force is the one published here.
