Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rerun, the platform for building and running autonomous AI agents. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to terms
Rerun is operated by Reunit SA, a société anonyme incorporated in Luxembourg, with its registered office at 177 Rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In these Terms, "Rerun", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Reunit SA, and "you" refers to the person or organization using the service.
By creating an account, accessing or using Rerun, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. If you use Rerun on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you are authorized to do so.
These Terms include our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you sell on our marketplace, the Marketplace Creator Terms apply in addition.
2. Eligibility and professional use
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use Rerun. If you are using the service for an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Rerun is offered for professional use. By subscribing, you represent that you are contracting for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession, and not as a consumer. Where you are nonetheless a consumer under mandatory law, section 7 describes the withdrawal right you keep, and nothing in these Terms removes a right that cannot be waived.
3. The service
Rerun is a software as a service platform that lets you build and run autonomous AI agents. You give an agent a mission, and the agent works out the steps, recovers when something changes, and improves across runs.
Rerun can run in two modes:
- Cloud mode: your agents run on Rerun's infrastructure, in a Box, a private machine dedicated to your workspace.
- Self-hosted mode: the Rerun engine is installed on your own server, and your agents run on your own infrastructure while the dashboard stays the same. Dedicated and self-hosted infrastructure is part of our Enterprise offer.
Agents can connect to third-party services on your behalf through our connector catalogue. You may also choose to plug in your own AI subscription instead of using the AI access provided with your plan.
The service also includes a publishing feature that puts pages produced by your agents online, and a public template library where you can install templates published by others and submit your own. These are covered by sections 11 and 12.
We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep improving the service.
4. Beta and preview features
We may make features available as beta, preview or early access, and we may label them as such or announce them as new. Those features are provided for evaluation, may be incomplete or unstable, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn at any time. They are excluded from any commitment we make elsewhere, and using one is your decision.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at help@rerun.build if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
6. Plans, trial and billing
Rerun is sold as a single base plan that you extend with add-ons: additional agents, additional Boxes, additional seats, and additional model credit. Your base plan and your add-on quantities are carried on one monthly subscription. We also offer a custom Enterprise plan. Current plans, add-ons and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change over time.
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Where a subscription was created in another currency, that currency was set when you first subscribed and continues to apply to your renewals.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. New subscriptions may be offered with a free trial, whose length is shown when you subscribe and which requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts into a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee. We offer one trial per customer, and we may shorten or withdraw trials for new subscriptions at any time.
Your plan includes an allowance of model credit for each billing period, which you can top up with credit add-ons. Model credit is granted for the billing period, is not carried over, and is not exchangeable for cash or refundable. When your credit is used up, your agents can keep running on your own AI key or subscription.
When you add agents, Boxes, seats or credit, the change applies immediately and is charged on your next invoice, prorated by Stripe. When you reduce quantities, your current limits remain until the end of the paid period and the reduction takes effect at renewal.
Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where they are due and which you are responsible for paying. Where you give a valid VAT number and the reverse charge applies, the tax is accounted for by you. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice, and changes take effect at your next billing cycle after that notice.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email you. If the amount remains unpaid, we may suspend or limit your access, which stops your agents and your Boxes, and we may ultimately terminate your account. If you believe an invoice is incorrect, tell us within 30 days of its date as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where you have signed a separate Enterprise order form with us, its commercial terms prevail over this section for the services it covers.
7. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then.
Fees already paid are not refundable. We do not refund or credit a period that has started, an unused quantity, or model credit, and marketplace purchases are not refundable either. The narrow cases in which we may refund at our discretion, including our own billing error, a duplicate charge or fraud, are described in full in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which also explains what happens to your data after your subscription ends.
If you are a consumer, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal on a distance contract. Because the service starts and digital content is delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been performed or the content delivered. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out how this works and how to withdraw where the right still applies.
8. Acceptable use
You must use Rerun lawfully and must not abuse the service, its infrastructure, or the third parties your agents reach. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is prohibited, including unlawful and harmful content, security attacks, spam, scraping in breach of a third party's terms, cryptocurrency mining, and reselling the compute or AI access included with your plan.
You are responsible for everything your agents do under your account. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access, remove content, and stop running agents where that policy is breached, immediately and without notice where the breach is serious. No refund is due for a period lost to a suspension or termination caused by such a breach.
9. Third-party services and credentials
Agents can connect to third-party services on your behalf through our connector catalogue. You are responsible for your own accounts with those services and for complying with their terms. Third-party services are governed by their own agreements, and we are not responsible for them.
Your secrets and credentials for third-party services are not stored in Rerun's database. You remain responsible for the actions your agents take using the access you grant them.
10. Customer content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of, and are responsible for, the data, instructions, and missions you provide to your agents ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and operate the service on your behalf.
When you use cloud mode, our processing of personal data within Customer Content is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
11. Publishing and public content
You can publish pages produced by your agents. Published pages are served from a subdomain of rerun.site, a domain we keep separate from rerun.build so that a published page can never read your Rerun session. Anything you publish is public: anyone with the address can open it, and search engines may index it.
You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant Reunit SA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for as long as it stays published, for the sole purpose of operating the publishing feature.
You are responsible for what you publish, including any personal data it contains, and you confirm you have the rights needed to publish it. You can unpublish at any time. We may unpublish content that breaches section 8 or the rights of a third party.
If you apply to our experts programme, the profile you submit is published publicly on our website. You can ask us to correct or remove it at any time at help@rerun.build.
12. Template library and marketplace
You can submit agent templates to our public library. We review a template before it is published, and we may decline or later remove one. You keep ownership of the templates you submit and grant Reunit SA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote them, and to let other users install and use them. Withdrawing a template stops new installations but does not end the rights of users who already installed it.
You confirm you have the rights to everything a template contains, and you must not include secrets, credentials, or personal data in one. Installing a template gives you the right to use and adapt it within your workspace; it does not give you the right to resell it as it is.
Where the paid marketplace is available, templates are created and provided by their creators, not by us. We operate the marketplace, take the payment through Stripe Connect and pay the creator to the Stripe account they connected, after deducting the platform fee shown when the template is published and the tax due on the sale. For tax purposes, Reunit SA acts as the seller of record towards the buyer, which is what allows us to charge the correct local tax and to handle a buyer's VAT number, while the creator supplies the template to us. Creators remain responsible for their own tax obligations on what we pay them.
We do not warrant that a paid template works, is accurate, or is fit for your purpose, and reviewing a template before publication is not a certification. Buying a template gives your workspace a licence to use and adapt it; it does not transfer ownership. Purchases are not refundable, and where we do refund one, your access to that template is revoked and the creator's share is reversed. Selling on the marketplace is governed by the Marketplace Creator Terms, and buying is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
13. Reporting illegal or infringing content
If you believe that a published page, a template, an expert profile or any other content on Rerun is illegal or infringes your rights, write to help@rerun.build with the address of the content, an explanation of what is wrong, and how to reach you. We review notices, act where a breach is established, and give the reasons for our decision to the parties concerned. If your content was removed and you believe the decision was wrong, you can reply to it and ask us to reconsider.
14. AI output and supervision
Rerun agents are autonomous and rely on AI models. They may produce inaccurate results or take unintended actions. Output is provided for your use and is not professional, legal, financial, or other advice. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising what your agents do, in particular when their actions affect third-party systems or produce irreversible effects.
15. Intellectual property
Reunit SA and its licensors own all rights in the Rerun platform, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service, and no other rights are granted. You keep all rights in your Customer Content.
16. Self-hosted mode
In self-hosted mode, the Rerun engine and your agents run on your own infrastructure, and your Customer Content does not leave your machines or reach Reunit SA. You are responsible for provisioning, securing, operating, and maintaining that infrastructure, and for the availability and backups of any data held on it.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rerun is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reunit SA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Luxembourg law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reunit SA harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your Customer Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
20. Suspension, termination and data retention
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Your workspace is retained for 30 days, during which you can subscribe again or ask us for an export, and is then deleted irreversibly together with its Boxes and their contents. Records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires. Handling of personal data after termination is described in our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.
21. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performing its obligations, other than an obligation to pay, caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including a failure of a network, a hosting provider, an AI provider or a payment processor, an act of a public authority, an armed conflict, a natural disaster, or a large scale cyber attack.
22. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, for example by email or through the service. Your continued use of Rerun after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to the Marketplace Creator Terms follow the notice period set out in that document.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
24. General
These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate and any Enterprise order form you have signed, are the entire agreement between you and Reunit SA on their subject matter, and replace any earlier understanding. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is applied as closely as possible to its original intent. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, an acquisition or a transfer of assets. Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account or shown in the service, and notices to us go to help@rerun.build. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, an agency, or an employment relationship, and no third party has a right to enforce them. You confirm that you are not subject to sanctions that would prohibit us from providing the service, and that you will not make it available in breach of applicable export control or sanctions law. These Terms are written in English, and an English version prevails over any translation.
