What do I get for the base plan?
3 agents, 1 private Box, 1 seat and $5 of model credit every month, plus every connector, every template and unlimited runs. There is no feature locked behind a higher tier.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7 days. You build your first agent, watch it work and decide afterwards. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.
Do you charge per task or per run?
No. Your agents can run every hour of every day for the same price. What you pay for is capacity, agents, Boxes and seats, never the number of executions.
Can I use my own AI subscription or API keys?
Yes. Plug in your Claude or ChatGPT subscription, your own API keys, or a local model, and the models cost you nothing on our side. The included model credit is there for when you would rather not.
What is a Box, and why does the plan include one?
A Box is your own private computer in the cloud, where your agents live and your data stays. One comes with the plan. Take another when you want to keep a client or a project fully separate.
How do add-ons work?
They are quantities on your existing subscription, not another plan. Add agents, seats, Boxes or model credit whenever you need them, and remove them the same way.
What happens when I remove an add-on?
You keep what you paid for until the end of the billing period, and the smaller amount applies from the next invoice. Nothing is cut off mid-month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your billing settings, with no notice period and nobody to email. Our refund policy spells out the rest.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices are shown excluding tax. VAT or sales tax, when it applies to your country, is calculated and added at checkout.
