About

Internal audit work that usually waits for year-end: duplicate payments, split purchases, risky vendors and bank-detail changes caught while there is still time to act.

What it does

  • Reviews payment, ledger and expense exports and flags the rows worth examining, each with the signal and the evidence
  • Checks expenses against your policy and finds duplicate or missing receipts
  • Builds an investigation file for serious cases: timeline, people involved, documents to request, innocent explanations to rule out
  • Verifies a vendor before you pay it, and reviews requests to change a vendor's bank details against your register
  • Looks for links between employees and vendors, and prepares control tests (samples, test sheets, conclusions) for SOX or internal reviews

What you need

  • Nothing to start: an export of payments, expenses or vendors is enough for the first review
  • Google Sheets (optional) to read your registers and write test sheets. It works with Excel files or the tools you already use instead

How setup works

You get a first review of your own export in the first minutes. It then learns your approval limits, expense policy and materiality, and where your vendor register and employee list live.

What stays in your hands

  • It never pays, blocks, approves or contacts a vendor or employee: it prepares the file, you decide
  • Findings are flagged for review, never presented as proof of fraud

What you will need

  • Google Sheets

Frequently asked questions

What kind of anomalies does it look for in payments?

Duplicate and near-duplicate payments, purchases split under an approval limit, round amounts, weekend postings, new vendors paid fast, payments right after a bank-detail change and the same person requesting and approving. Each finding comes with the rows and the evidence to check.

Can it help with SOX control testing?

Yes. It selects a sample with a stated, repeatable method, prepares the test sheet with the attributes to test, records results per item and drafts the conclusion for your review.

How does it check a vendor before payment?

It reads the official business register of the vendor's country, its website and public signals, and compares them with the invoice and your records. You get a clear, conditional or hold opinion with each reason and its source.

Can it stop a fake bank-detail change request?

It compares the request with your verified register, spots signs of manipulation such as a lookalike domain or an IBAN in another country, and tells you to call back on a number already on file. It never changes or blocks anything itself.

Does it work with Excel or our ERP?

Yes. Upload Excel or CSV exports from any ledger or ERP, or connect Google Sheets. It adapts to the columns you have.
