Reviews each contract against your rules, routes open points to whoever decides, and tracks every review, commitment and notice date.

Manage Contracts From Review to Renewal agent board

About

Know what you are signing, who has to approve what, and which contract needs you this week. It reviews the contract against your rules, prepares the decisions for the right people, and keeps every agreement tracked until renewal.

What it does

  • Reviews a contract against your rules: a one-line verdict, the unusual clauses quoted, and the wording to ask for
  • Routes each open point to the person who decides, with a decision request ready to send
  • Drafts new agreements from your approved templates and lists every change from the approved text
  • Traces a clause through its amendments to the version that applies today
  • Tracks every contract's stage, blockers, commitments and notice dates, and tells you each week what needs you

What you need

  • Nothing to start: upload a contract or share a link
  • Google Drive, to read your contracts and approved templates
  • Google Sheets, to share the contract tracker with your team

How setup works

You get a first review in the first minutes. Then it learns your positions and who signs off on what, connects your contracts folder, and builds the tracker from your real agreements.

What stays in your hands

  • Nothing goes to the other side, to an approver or out for signature without your go-ahead
  • It says when a point needs a lawyer; it does not replace one

What you will need

  • Google Drive

  • Google Sheets

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal advice?

No. It reviews contracts the way a careful contract manager would and says when a point needs a lawyer. The decision stays yours.

Can it review against our own playbook?

Yes. Share your standard positions and every review compares the contract with them. Without a playbook, it says which positions it assumed for your side.

How does it know who should approve a clause?

It learns your sign-off rules during setup, for example money terms to finance and liability to legal. When there is no rule, it proposes an approver and asks you, then drafts the decision request for your go-ahead.

Can it tell me which contract reviews are stuck?

Yes. It tracks the stage, owner and blocker of each contract and lists, each week, the reviews waiting on someone and since when.

Will it remind me before a contract renews?

Yes. It works out the last day to give notice from each signed contract and its amendments, and warns you early enough to negotiate or cancel.

How much does it cost to run?

The template is free. Each review and weekly check uses a little of your Rerun credit, and it uses no paid data.
