About

The file work of a loan officer, done before your coffee: every application checked against its documents, every ratio shown with its workings, and no file or instalment left to slip.

What it does

  • Analyses a loan application from payslips, bank statements, tax notices and ID: consistency checks, income and charges retained, ratios and missing pieces
  • Lists the identity, sanctions and compliance checks to run at opening, and runs the ones possible on public lists
  • Writes a documented opinion for the decision maker: favourable, with conditions, or unfavourable, and why
  • Tracks applications by stage, spots stuck files and drafts status updates for applicants
  • Follows repayment plans, drafts reminders before and after due dates, and produces customer account statements

What you need

  • Nothing to start: one application file is enough for a first analysis
  • Gmail (optional) for documents as applicants send them and reminder drafts; Google Sheets (optional) for your pipeline and repayment schedules. It works with Outlook or the tools you already use instead

How setup works

You get a full credit analysis on a file in the first minutes. It then learns your lending rules and products, connects your email and spreadsheet if you want, and confirms a daily loan book check.

What stays in your hands

  • It never approves, declines or changes a loan
  • Nothing is sent to a borrower without your go-ahead

What you will need

  • Gmail

  • Google Sheets

Frequently asked questions

How does it analyse a loan application?

It reads every document in the file, checks that they agree with each other and with the application, recomputes income and charges, shows the ratios with their workings and lists what is missing, then writes a documented opinion for your decision.

Can it do KYC and sanctions checks?

It lists the identity and compliance checks the file needs, checks ID coherence and screens names against public sanctions lists. Checks that need a licensed system, such as a credit bureau, are flagged for you to run.

Does it use my lending criteria?

Yes. Tell it your maximum debt-to-income, minimum residual income and required documents and it applies them. Until then it states the benchmark it assumed.

Can it send payment reminders to borrowers?

It drafts reminders before and after each due date and status updates for applicants. Nothing is sent without your go-ahead.

Can it produce customer account statements?

Yes. It rebuilds movements, interest, fees and balances from your records and produces a statement with upcoming instalments and points of attention.
