Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove the data Rerun, operated by Reunit SA, holds about you, including the data we receive when you connect Facebook. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What we receive from Facebook

When you connect a Facebook Page to one of your coworkers, Facebook gives Rerun an access token for the Pages you selected. The coworker uses it to read and publish what you asked for: your posts, the posts and comments visitors leave on your Page, and Page insights. We do not store that token in our database, and we use your Facebook data only to carry out the tasks you gave your coworker.

2. Disconnect Facebook from Rerun

1. Sign in to Rerun and open the coworker that uses Facebook.
2. Open its Services panel and find Facebook.
3. Click Uninstall and confirm.

The connection is revoked on the spot and the coworker can no longer reach your Pages. Repeat for every coworker you connected to Facebook.

3. Remove Rerun from your Facebook account

You can also cut access from Facebook itself, even without signing in to Rerun:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations.
3. Select Rerun and click Remove.

Facebook then invalidates every token it gave Rerun.

4. Delete your Rerun account

1. Sign in to Rerun and open Account.
2. Open the Delete account tab.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

Deleting your account:

• removes you from every workspace you share with teammates, who keep it;
• stops every workspace only you are in for good: its coworkers are turned off and its machine is deleted with its files, including any Facebook data your coworkers kept there;
• signs you out everywhere and frees your email, Google account and phone number.

If a workspace you own still has a subscription that renews, cancel it from Billing first. Rerun shows you which workspaces are concerned.

5. Ask us to delete your data

If you cannot sign in, or you want us to delete everything we hold about you, email help@rerun.build from the address of your Rerun account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether the request covers your whole account or only the data received from Facebook.

We confirm we received your request, delete the data within 30 days, and email you once it is done. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting records.
