What do I get for the base plan?

5 Coworkers, your own private machine in the cloud, unlimited seats and 500 credits every month, plus every app, every template and unlimited runs. There is no feature locked behind a higher tier.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 5 days with 3 coworkers and 350 credits. A card is required, $0 is charged today, and the plan starts on day 5. You build your first team, watch it work and decide afterwards. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Do you charge per task or per run?

No. Your Coworkers can run every hour of every day for the same price. What you pay for is capacity, the number of Coworkers, never the number of executions.

Can I use my own AI subscription or API keys?

Yes. Plug in your Claude or ChatGPT subscription, your own API keys, or a local model, and the models cost you nothing on our side. The included credits are there for when you would rather not.

Where do my Coworkers actually run?

On your own private computer in the cloud, one per workspace, where your Coworkers live and your data stays. Inside it you arrange them in Boxes, by team, by client or by project, as many as you like.

How do add-ons work?

They are quantities on your existing subscription, not another plan. Add Coworkers or credits whenever you need them, and remove them the same way.

What happens when I remove an add-on?

You keep what you paid for until the end of the billing period, and the smaller amount applies from the next invoice. Nothing is cut off mid-month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, in one click from your billing settings, with no notice period and nobody to email. Our refund policy spells out the rest.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are shown excluding tax. VAT or sales tax, when it applies to your country, is calculated and added at checkout.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?
