Before founding Mitizy, I spent years in technical sales and IT support roles, deploying software and hardware solutions, managing client portfolios, and guiding professionals — including healthcare providers — through their own digitalization journeys. That hands-on, client-facing background shapes how I design solutions today: practical, grounded, and genuinely useful.
