I'm the co-founder of Vizion, a strategic and operational B2B marketing consultancy, where I help B2B networks — franchises, agencies, and multi-site companies — bring order and clarity to their marketing. I work directly with marketing, development, and general management teams to clarify positioning, harmonize messaging across head office and the field, and build marketing systems that are duplicable and genuinely useful on the ground.

Beyond strategy, I co-founded ReTalk.bot, an AI support agent built specifically for franchise networks. It's designed to answer up to 80% of support requests automatically, using a franchisor's existing content (manuals, intranet, videos), so franchisees get instant guidance on process and onboarding without overloading network managers. I also serve as part-time CMO for easyVirtual.tours (an easyJet subsidiary), where I've led franchisee recruitment strategy, funnel optimization, paid acquisition (Meta & Google Ads), CRM automation, and sales enablement — taking the network from 0 to 18+ franchisees in the first year.

My work sits at the intersection of B2B marketing strategy and practical execution: positioning and offer architecture, sales and marketing asset creation, campaign structuring, employer branding, and increasingly, AI-driven tools that help networks scale support and knowledge transfer. I've grown an organic LinkedIn audience of over 10,000 followers and have advised leaders overseeing companies from early-stage to €45B+ in revenue.

I hold a Master's in International Marketing from Toulouse School of Management and previously co-founded Advocados, an employee advocacy specialist agency.
