Turn slow Shopify stock into bundles and campaigns

This template installs an agent that spots the products sitting on your Shopify shelves and turns them into bundles and campaigns designed to sell them off. It is built for ecommerce founders and operators who lose margin to dead stock and want a concrete plan to move it, not another report to read.

What it does

The agent, named Stock Dormant, reviews your Shopify catalog to identify low-rotation products, then proposes ways to clear them:

• Detects slow-moving stock by normalizing your store data, measuring rotation and classifying products
• Designs profitable bundles with suggested pairings, pricing, discount, margin and expected sell-through
• Prepares campaign content ready to launch
• Runs only the offers you approve, so nothing publishes without a human decision

How it works

Stock Dormant runs a full analysis every Monday at 9am, so each week starts with a fresh view of what is not selling and what to do about it. You can also trigger a broad or targeted analysis at any time from Rerun.

During setup, the agent captures your commercial rules, language and ecommerce source, and you can revisit those settings whenever your pricing logic or catalog changes. Every bundle and campaign passes through a validation step: the agent generates the content, lets you request changes, and only executes an offer once it is approved. The result is a repeatable weekly rhythm that keeps aging inventory moving while keeping you in control of pricing and messaging.
