This template runs an agent that turns your Shopify catalog into a steady stream of published blog content. It is built for store owners and operators who want product articles going live on their blog without writing each one by hand.
What it does
The Shopify Blog Writer agent creates an SEO article for each product in your store and publishes it directly to your store blog. Every article follows a set structure with proper HTML formatting and a meta description sized for search results. The agent tracks which products already have an article, so it moves through your catalog without publishing duplicates.
How it works
The agent runs on a weekly schedule, every Monday at 9am. On each run it:
- Reads your Shopify products and checks which ones still need an article.
- Loads its SEO writing skill, which holds the article structure, formatting rules, and the meta description target.
- Generates a full article for the next uncovered product.
- Publishes it to your Shopify blog using a two step publish protocol, then records the publish status.
Because publish status is tracked natively, the agent picks up where it left off week after week. New products added to your store get picked up on the following run. Over time your blog fills out with one article per product, written for search and formatted to match your store, with no manual copying between tools.
