Review Candidate CVs

Summarize candidate CVs against role criteria and flag evidence that needs verification.

About

Make CV review more consistent and easier to compare. The agent summarizes relevant experience against owner-defined role criteria and identifies claims or gaps that deserve follow-up.

During guided setup, it learns the role, evaluation criteria, source documents, comparison preferences, and output destination. Google Drive supplies CVs and Google Sheets provides a practical review table, with alternatives available.

The owner controls the criteria, assessment, shortlist, and hiring decisions. Setup uses a limited read-only sample.
