This template runs a weekly sweep of your HubSpot pipeline to catch deals that have gone quiet before they slip away. It is built for sales teams and operators who want stalled deals surfaced and follow-ups written for them, without a rep having to comb through the pipeline by hand.
What it does
The agent "Cold Deal Rescue" identifies deals that have stopped progressing, then writes the specific follow-up each one needs based on its own history. For every stalled deal it posts a message in Slack to the rep who owns it, pairing the flagged deal with a ready to send draft.
- Detects deals with no recent activity against a clear definition of what counts as movement
- Counts how long each deal has been stalled
- Applies a three-rung escalation ladder so the tone matches how cold the deal has gone
- Drafts a follow-up written from the deal's actual context
- Delivers the flagged deal and its draft to the right rep in Slack
How it works
On a schedule set to Thursday mornings, the agent sweeps HubSpot for deals that have gone cold. It loads a stalled-deal playbook that carries the rules for measuring activity, counting the stall, choosing the escalation rung, and drafting each message. Once the follow-ups are written, it routes each one to the owning rep in Slack so the rep can review and send.
Reps see the deals that need attention and a draft to act on, instead of chasing a pipeline report.
