What it does
When a new episode appears, the agent produces one Google Doc per episode containing drafts for every format you need:
- A blog post
- An X thread
- A LinkedIn post
- Instagram, TikTok and Facebook captions
- A newsletter draft
Each week it also compiles a digest so you can see what has been prepared across recent episodes. Nothing is ever published on its own. Every draft waits for you to read, edit and decide.
How it works
The agent runs on a weekly schedule, checking for new episodes every Tuesday morning. It pulls the episode and its transcript, then works in two passes: first it analyzes the full transcript, then it writes each draft against a per-format specification. It preserves verbatim quotes so social posts and the newsletter stay true to what was actually said.
Drafts land in Google Docs, one document per episode, so your review and editing happen in a familiar place. The weekly digest and notifications reach you by email through Gmail, and the connection to HubSpot keeps your newsletter and contact workflow aligned. The result is a repeatable pipeline that takes long-form audio and hands back a complete, editable content pack every week.
