Create Property Condition Reports

Organize photos, videos, and spoken or written notes from a property inspection into a clear room-by-room condition report and inventory draft.

During setup, the agent learns where inspection evidence lives, the owner's report structure, terminology, level of detail, inventory conventions, and review process. It tests the workflow on a small owner-approved sample and flags anything the media cannot establish.

The report remains a draft for human inspection and approval. The agent does not invent observations, conceal uncertainty, overwrite source media, or sign a legal inspection record.
