Chinese-language agent systems for hardware and semiconductor companies, where the documentation is dense, half the vocabulary is internal, and the tolerance for a wrong number is close to zero.

Two things I end up saying on most projects:

1. Fine-tune only when it earns its keep. A better retrieval setup usually does the same job for a tenth of the cost.
2. Traditional and simplified are not a rendering detail. They change what the retriever finds.
