I advise engineering leaders on whether to build agents at all, and then on how not to overbuild them. Architecture reviews for more than 20 teams across APAC, three multi-agent projects talked out of existence that should have been scheduled scripts, and a long-standing suspicion of any diagram with more than five boxes in it.
