Most of the agent systems I get asked to review should be three cron jobs and a queue.

I build the plumbing: tool servers, memory stores, and the evaluation harness that tells you whether last week made things worse. Small and boring by preference, and I will happily argue you out of a multi-agent design you do not need.

An agent platform I built for a Nordic bank has been in production eighteen months. Two Series B startups run on my MCP layer. Free again from next quarter.
