I design in this order:

1. Works on a cheap phone with two bars of signal
2. Works when the person who asked for it is on leave
3. Looks nice, if there is budget left over

Enrolment and fee-reminder agents for four Nairobi schools, dispatch coordination for a regional courier. I also train one person on your side to own the thing before I invoice the final milestone, which has never once been the person who hired me.
