Turkish-language voice agents, a space where most off-the-shelf tooling still falls over somewhere in the first sentence. I run my own transcription evaluation instead of trusting a vendor benchmark, on a Turkish speech dataset I keep adding to.

Half this job is telling people voice is the wrong channel for what they described. The other half is making it work when it is the right one.

In production: appointment booking across 30 clinics in Istanbul and Ankara, and a collections calling agent for a consumer finance company that had to pass a legal review first.
