So I write the MCP servers myself, typed and tested, and only then design the agent graph on top. Last year that meant turning a dead rollout at a French insurer into a nine-agent system that now runs unattended. Three of my banking-adjacent MCP servers are open source, and I speak at Francophone and Arabic-language developer events when the travel works out.
